Bowen Family Systems Coaching
With over 25 years of experience as a clinical social worker, I specialize in Bowen Family Systems Theory to help individuals, couples, and families understand and transform the patterns that contribute to stress and anxiety. My work is dedicated to empowering clients to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, and achieve personal growth at any stage of life.
As a faculty member at the Center for Family Consultation, I am committed to both learning and teaching Bowen Family Systems Theory, which has profoundly shaped my approach to therapy. I draw on my extensive knowledge of marriage, family dynamics, and human behavior to support clients in navigating complex emotional landscapes, fostering healthier connections, and reaching their full potential.
I am passionate about helping clients break free from old patterns and gain greater clarity, emotional regulation, and resilience.
